Greg Malcolm & Associates, Inc. was established by Greg and Kelly Malcolm in 1991 and provides appraisal services for a variety of clients. Since the inauguration of the company, Greg and Kelly Malcolm have expanded their knowledge of real estate and have appraised properties not only in the Metro Atlanta area, but all over the state of Georgia.
Over the years, Greg Malcolm & Associates, Inc. has been involved with the valuation of single-family residential properties, residential and commercial land, developed lots, small office facilities, strip retail centers, daycare centers and industrial facilities along with other types of commercial properties.
In addition to the above types of valuations, Greg Malcolm & Associates, Inc. also provides appraisal services for numerous city and county government entities as well as for the State of Georgia. These services include appraisals, data books and cost estimates for the acquisition of right of way.
Clients include: banks, attorneys, government agencies, acquisition firms and individuals.
