About Us

Greg Malcolm, MAI is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the State of Georgia with almost forty years of real estate appraisal experience. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, a longtime member of the Board of Realtors, and is a licensed Salesperson in the State of Georgia. Before forming Greg Malcolm & Associates, Inc., Greg worked as a real property appraiser for Jack Lewis & Associates, Inc. then established the company along with Kelly in 1991.

Kelly Malcolm is a Licensed Real Property Appraiser who has almost forty years of real estate appraisal experience. Before forming Greg Malcolm & Associates, Inc., Kelly worked as a real property appraiser with Georgia Associated Services, which was a division of Georgia Federal Savings & Loans. Kelly then worked as a real property appraiser for her father Jack Lewis, MAI for six years after which she and Greg formed Greg Malcolm & Associates, Inc.

Connor Malcolm is a State Registered (Trainee) Appraiser in the State of Georgia. Connor studied Real Estate at The University of Georgia where he received a B.B.A. from the Terry College of Business. He gained real estate experience while working towards his degree as part of a property management team and as an appraiser’s assistant at Boswell Group. Connor joined our team in 2015 as an Associate Appraiser and is also a practicing affiliate with the Appraisal Institute.

Taylor Malcolm, MAI is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the State of Georgia and a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute. He entered the real estate appraisal industry in 2012 as an Associate Appraiser with our company. He then joined Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc. in 2013 as a Staff Appraiser and was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst with Barrow Valuation Group (formerly CVS Atlanta) for four years. Taylor rejoined our company in 2018 as an Associate Appraiser.

We specialize in providing various appraisal services related to eminent domain and right-of-way acquisitions including appraisals, data books, cost estimates, and project scoping. Clients include various city and county government entities, the State of Georgia, banks, attorneys, acquisition firms, and individuals.
